Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at sales@1839honey.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Due to all of our product being perishable food items we cannot accept returns (also New Zealand does not allow any honey into the country - even ours!), please ensure you check your orders are correct before ordering. We will of course look into any damages and issues as per our Damages and issues policy above.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received any damages or issues, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
